A Little Reminder to Myself

I was looking through an old notebook of thoughts and ideas from last year, and came across a list I wrote down. I don't remember exactly what inspired the list, but it was a nice reminder about what I thought (and still think) is important. I believe part of the list was inspired from a similar one, so if it looks oddly familiar credit goes to you as well.

  1. Be gratefull and appreciative.
  2. Meditate.
  3. Move your body.
  4. Don't over-consume.
  5. Continue to learn.
  6. Be yourself.
  7. Do a good deed.
  8. Sleep well.
  9. Be humble.
